Term of Service

The use of ANY digital services provided by VirtualEZ Services Company. establishes the agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. VirtualEZ Services Company. will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

 

      1. Terms
        1. By placing an order with VirtualEZ Services Company. , you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service and it is assumed as you have read and agreed.
        2. You agree by ordering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 18 years of age and/or if it is required, you have your guardian's consent.
        3. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without further notice and any changes will be updated here. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing an order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes therein.
        4. VirtualEZ Services Company. does not expressly guarantee a specific delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and VirtualEZ Services Company. will not refund/replace orders that have already placed in processing if you feel they are taking too long or become undeliverable if you deleted the post.
        5. You will only use the services of VirtualEZ Services Company. in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Twitch and Other social media sites on their individual Terms of Service page.

            • VirtualEZ Services Company.  will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer by using the services provided.
          2. Liabilities
            • VirtualEZ Services Company. is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram / Twitter / Facebook /YouTube/ Twitch or Other Social Media.
      2. Payments
        1. Payments are processed using PayPal’s secure system, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
        2. Payments are processed automatically on the due date, any skipped payment will result in service suspension until payments are made. PayPal will automatically debit between 3-5 days for the skipped payment and any further failure will result in your subscription being suspended and services canceled.
        3. Any cancellation/termination of the subscription must be done from your own PayPal dashboard and VirtualEZ Services Company. is not liable for any auto-debits made by PayPal for skipped payments for suspended subscriptions.
        4. Your service subscription will continue on auto-renewal based on the schedule you have opted in until terminated. To use the service you must provide a current and valid PayPal account, which you may update from time to time. Unless you cancel your subscription before your next due date, you authorize the auto-renewal of your subscription to your PayPal Account Details related to your subscription can be reviewed by accessing your PayPal dashboard using your login credentials. Alternatively, users can email helpdesk@virtualezco.com to obtain specific details regarding your subscription.
        5. You agree that upon subscribing to our services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, terminate your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
      3. Service
        1. VirtualEZ Services Company. will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your “Appearance” only.
        2. We DO NOT guarantee your new followers/likers/viewers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers/likes/views you signed up for.
        3. We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
        4. You will not use any of VirtualEZ Services Company. services for anything unacceptable or unlawful nor post anything offensive including full nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/You tube /Twitch  or any Social Media community.
        5. Private profile/accounts would not get a refund! Please ensure that your profile/account is public before ordering and to keep it PUBLIC while your order is running.
        6. You are to keep us informed via email to maya@virtualezco.com for any USER ID/ NAME change to enable us to send the service ordered. No refunds or replacement will be given for the service's failure if you did NOT  inform us immediately after ANY changes. 
        7. Changes to the Price and Service Plans: We may change our service plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our service plans will ONLY apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
        8. Since our services are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order/subscription is made and the services have been sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service subscription package at our site. However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place and you may contact us at helpdesk@virtualezco.com based on our refund policy below.
        9. VirtualEZ Services Company. is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook YouTube, Twitter, Twitch or any other social media third-party partners in any way.
      4. Refund Policy
        1. Service subscriptions rendered are based on our cancel anytime policy to terminate. When you cancel/terminate all services stop immediately and any unused services is forfeited
        2. You will receive a full refund credit on any payment made to your account if the subscription or it’s renewal paid is nondeliverable due to any unforeseen circumstances on our part.
        3. Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
        4. Please do not make a duplicate or multiple service signups at any time for the same social media account/user ID/Post to avoid duplicates. We cannot give you correct follower/like/view numbers in that case. We will not refund for these multiple/duplicate subscriptions orders.
        5. Service disruption due to Account suspension for non- payment or missed /skipped payments do not qualify for a refund. Be sure to take note of the subscription auto-renewal dates and ensure your payment account is in good standing.
        6. VirtualEZ Services Company. will refund any payment received for services BEFORE the subscribed service term begins, services that are terminated/canceled or if any errors made in the subscriptions.
        7. No refunds will be made to your payment MIDWAY or AFTER the service term has already begun or has been completed, there is no way to reverse it and if you do cancel your subscription MIDWAY, You MUST request to complete the orders from VirtualEZ Services Company., if no request is made we deem that you have exercised immediate termination of services.
        8. You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reasons BEFORE you have contacted BILLING SUPPORT at helpdesk@virtualezco.com with a full description of your grouses so that we may resolve them. All emails sent here will be recorded and responded within 24hours. Any breach of this term will be deemed as abuse of our policy and your account may result in termination of all future orders, or/and a ban from our site.
          1. Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased service is not as it is described on the website and or this Terms of Service. Complaints which are based on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will NOT be honored and deemed fraudulent or abuse.
          2. Non-delivery of the service: in some cases, the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. If the order is delayed by 24 hours or more, we recommend contacting customer service maya@virtualezco.com for assistance and we will manually attend to your order. If the order was not resolved within 24hours of contacting customer service as above, You may file a claim and any Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to Billing Support at  helpdesk@virtualezco.com in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, the campaign will be considered completed. DO NOTE: We will not honor requests for a refund/replacement when we have notified customers about possible delays before ordering  (for example, an alert on the order page(s)), in this case, the order is at own risk.
          3. Unauthorized Transaction: Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen account/ credit cards will lead to immediate termination of your account and a total PERMANENT ban from our entire site. There are no exceptions.
        9. While we try to be accommodating of extenuating circumstances, we do not condone the abuse of our terms and/or our refund policy, thus, All decisions made regarding disputes or refunds are binding and final.
        10. If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after completion of service delivery, we will deem this as abuse of our refund policy and we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers likes/views we delivered to your or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Twitch or other social media account.
      5. SUPPORT

    Our customer support team at maya@virtualezco.com is always eager to assist you and deliver highly professional support in a timely manner for any enquiry for service related issues you may face. While we do try to respond within 1 hour of any email, please do allow up to 12hours for a response as sometimes there may be delays due to many request/tickets.

    Our billing support team at helpdesk@virtualezco.com  will assist you with any accounting, charges, claims, or enquiry related with your account or order. All responses will be within 24hours.
